Strawberries & Cream is a detached cottage of great charm, set towards the edge of the
courtyard of three cottages, with a private terrace and small lawned garden overlooking the
surrounding countryside. The high ceilings and beams of the original barn bring character
to the cottage, while the soft furnishings and calm colours have a modern, luxurious and
tranquil feel. Patio doors frame the beautiful countryside views.
The Cottage facilities include:

Details of the accommodation
Strawberries & Cream is a spacious detached cottage with an open-plan living/dining
room. This spacious room is very appealing, with its vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and
electric wood burning effect stove. The kitchen area is spacious with modern fitted units
in maple with a granite-style work surface, complemented by stainless steel fittings.
There are two bedrooms: a spacious dual-aspect double room with a wooden floor, and an
ensuite bathroom with a bath and mixer shower, WC, wash basin and tiled floor; and a
spacious twin room with a wooden floor, and an ensuite bathroom with a corner bath and
mixer shower handset, WC, wash basin and tiled floor.

Within the grounds
Each private terrace has its own garden furniture plus the shared use of an additional
garden area and field for ball games and barbecues. There is a laundry room with tumble
dryer, additional freezer space, and a drying area. Arrival/departure for weekly bookings
is Friday. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.
